Delivery & Returns

Online Ordering

• The first step in placing your order is to select the products you want to purchase. You can select six pack cases of our available wines.
• Enter the number of  six packs in the quantity field. To remove wine from your order, you can set the quantity back to zero, or delete.
• Your total order needs to be a minimum of 6 bottles. The minimum freight charge is one case – $25.00.
• All prices are Australian Dollars and include all taxes.

Deliveries

• Our wine is carefully delivered to your nominated address within ten to fourteen days via courier or Australia Post.

Refunds and Returns

• If you aren’t completely satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
• In the event your purchase is damaged, faulty or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product (upon presentation of your proof of purchase and return of product). If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.
• Incorrect address details will be subject to freight costs at the customer’s expense.
